Victoria’s Secret Investor Ends Bid for ‘Toxic Culture’ Records

A shareholder in L Brands Inc., the parent company of Victoria’s Secret, dropped his Delaware lawsuit seeking records from the company to investigate claims that it has been “plagued” for years by a “toxic culture of sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.”

The voluntary dismissal notice, filed in Delaware Chancery Court, didn’t offer an explanation, and the plaintiff retained the right to refile the suit. Attorneys for both sides didn’t immediately respond Monday to a request for comment or more information.
