Apple Store Workers May Advance Claims
Seeking Pay for Wait Time in Security Checks

Five former specialists at Apple Inc. stores across the country established triable claims under state and federal law that the technology giant denied them pay for time spent waiting in security check lines, a federal judge in California ruled May 30 (Frlekin v. Apple, Inc., 2014 BL 153128, N.D. Cal., 13-3451, 5/30/14).
