Black Female ER Doctor-Director’s Bias Claims May Warrant Trial

A group of staffing companies and separate companies that run a Florida hospital may have been an emergency room director and doctor’s employers and thus potentially liable for race and gender discrimination under federal law, the Eleventh Circuit ruled Tuesday.
