A federal district court in Florida ruled that a Seventh-day Adventist Broward County school bus shift supervisor whose faith forbids him to work from sundown Friday through sundown Saturday lacks a religious failure-to-accommodate claim, because he failed to allege he was fired or otherwise disciplined because of his faith.
