A Texas trial court properly entered a take-nothing judgment against all parties in a dispute over alleged trade secret misappropriation and whether a former vice president of operations for Power Line Services, Inc. was entitled to a severance payment under the terms of an employment contract that required compensation if he was terminated without just cause, a Texas court of appeals ruled.
