A trial court improperly denied Mesquite Services, LLC and Blackwater Rentals, LLC, and their officers’ motion to dismiss under the Texas Citizens Participation Act the trade secret misappropriation and contract claims of a competing oilfield services business in New Mexico, the Texas Court of Appeals, Seventh District found.
