A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc., a corporation providing janitorial and maintenance services to Long Island University’s campus in Old Brookville, N.Y., must comply with arbitration awards issued against it in a dispute pursuant to a labor contract over the company’s use of non-union temporary workers to do bargaining-unit work, after union members noticed new employees performing service work at the university and filed a grievance.
