A part-time dealer for a casino in Louisiana may not proceed with her claim that the casino interfered with her rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act. Although the casino initially denied her FMLA leave request because her doctor failed to provide information about her medical condition, she admitted that her request was eventually granted after she properly complied with its FMLA request procedures.
