Chipotle Settles EEOC Claims Female Manager Groped Employee

Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. settled claims that a female manager created a sexually hostile work environment for a male Silicon Valley restaurant manager, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said.

The EEOC lawsuit alleges a general manager at a San Jose, Calif., location grabbed manager Austin Melton’s buttocks and groin area numerous times. The general manager also made sexually charged comments, sent instant message photos of herself in her underwear, and kept a “sex scoreboard” posted in her office detailing who had intercourse the previous night, the federal lawsuit said.
