Ex-Cushman & Wakefield Exec’s Bias Claims Against Boss Revived

A Black female executive fired from her Washington D.C.-based job at commercial real estate giant Cushman & Wakefield must have another chance to show she can sue her former superior there, the D.C. Circuit said Tuesday.

The court rejected an argument by Chicago-based Shawn Mobley, C&W’s CEO for the Americas, that he’s not subject to the race- and gender-discrimination suit based on his contacts with D.C. on behalf of the corporation.
