Female Air Traffic Controller Instructor Loses Sex Bias Appeal

A woman who was fired from her job as an instructor for air traffic controller candidates won’t get her sex discrimination lawsuit revived because she couldn’t show she was qualified for the job at the time of termination, the Tenth Circuit ruled.
