Golf Club’s General Counsel DQ’d in EEOC Sexual Harassment Case

The long-time general counsel of a Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., golf club being sued by the EEOC for alleged sexual harassment will likely be a witness at trial and can no longer assist in the club’s defense, a federal judge ruled.
