Jury Must Decide if Nurse Pushed Beyond 12-Hour Shift Limit

A Michigan skilled nursing and rehabilitation center may have violated federal disability bias law by not honoring medical restrictions for a nurse whose bad back allegedly prevented her from working more than 12 consecutive hours, the Sixth Circuit ruled Dec. 3.
