NCR, Software Engineer Resolve Employment Discrimination Dispute

NCR Corp. and a former software engineer settled and agreed to end his employment lawsuit alleging age discrimination and other job bias. Nebraska federal court records show.

The Tuesday dismissal of Mark Drazic’s suit came roughly four months after the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska agreed with NCR that Drazic had to arbitrate his claims. The global technology company was entitled to enforce an employment arbitration agreement with Retalix USA that Drazic signed in 2005, even though NCR wasn’t a party to and never signed the agreement, the court ruled May 11.
