Trump Federal Worker Labor Orders Won’t Be Stopped by Court (1)

A trio of executive orders issued by President Donald Trump won’t be blocked by the Second Circuit even though unions say the measures erode labor rights for federal workers and were improperly rolled out.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed Wednesday a judge’s decision not to enjoin the directives, and related OPM guidance, which the unions say interfere with collective bargaining rights, limit representation activity, and make it easier to discipline and fire federal workers.
