Wells Fargo Advisors Faces Wage Suit by Client Associate (1)

Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC, doing business as Wells Fargo Advisors, systematically underpays its client associates, according to a potential class action filed in federal court in Missouri.

Client associates are hourly employees who provide support and assistance for processing securities transactions, Marcus D’Addio says in his complaint filed Wednesday at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
