Wisconsin Public Unions Spared Recertification Petition Mandate

Wisconsin public sector unions will no longer be required to file petitions for annual recertification elections with the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission, a state appeals court panel ruled (Wisconsin Assn. of State Prosecutors v. WERC, Wis. Ct. App., No. 2015 AP 2224, 10/12/16).
