Peru Delays E-Invoicing Deadlines As Pandemic Continues (1)

Peru delayed by six months the date by which small businesses must begin issuing electronic invoices and other documents as they struggle to cope in the county´s strict lockdown.

The country’s tax authority said that businesses with annual sales of more than PEN 322,500 ($94,000) must begin issuing electronic invoices and receipts starting on Jan. 1, 2021, according to the Friday ruling. A previous ruling had a set a deadline of July 1.
