Business groups and landowners are heading to court to support the Trump administration’s new water jurisdiction rule, which is facing legal challenges across the country.
The American Farm Bureau Federation, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, American Petroleum Institute, and others on Thursday sought to take the federal government’s side to fend off a case brought by a coalition of left-leaning states.
