Interior nominee Deb Haaland will face questions today from Republicans—and some Democrats—about her criticism of the oil and gas industry, her embrace of the Green New Deal, and the Biden administration’s pause on new oil and gas leasing on public lands.

The Senate Energy and Natural Resources chairman will be the most watched senator at today’s hearing.
