Efforts to slow the spread of the new coronavirus pandemic are complicating court proceedings across the country, including several high-profile environmental cases.

Federal judges have canceled oral arguments in a case involving the Flint water crisis, for example, along with a dispute over the Department of Transportation’s oversight role for oil pipelines.
