U.S. Chamber Environmental Litigator Joins New Boutique Firm

Former U.S. Chamber of Commerce attorney Michael B. Schon has joined the boutique firm Lehotsky Keller LLP to focus on environmental litigation.

Schon served as chief counsel for energy and environmental litigation at the Chamber since 2017 and had previous stints at the Justice Department’s Environment and Natural Resources Division and Baker Botts LLP. At the Chamber, he helped draft U.S. Supreme Court briefs involving Superfund cleanups, agency deference, and other issues.
