Trump Administration Appeals Religious Health-Care Rule Decision

The Trump Administration has escalated its fight to retain a rule that would allow health-care workers to deny medical treatment based on their religious and moral beliefs, telling a federal court in New York that it’s taking the case to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
