Computer Fraud Claims Survive as Judge Points to High Court Case

A Missouri federal judge declined to dismiss Computer Fraud and Abuse Act claims in a lawsuit, saying a pending U.S. Supreme Court decision is set to resolve a question at the core of the suit that would affect the outcome of the case.
