Ohio Roofer Racks Up More Willful, Repeat Safety Fines

An Ohio roofing contractor faces proposed federal fines of $247,544 for a new round of repeat and willful citations covering alleged fall protection violations and other problems at home construction sites in Toledo, OSHA said Oct. 21.

The accused contractor is Mike Krueger, who does business as Altogether Roofing LLC in Martin, Ohio.
