Harvard Narrows Claims in Dispute Over Sex Assault Investigation

A black Harvard University student may go forward with his claims that the school mishandled sexual assault allegations lodged against him in violation of its written policies, a federal judge in Massachusetts said Thursday.

But John Doe’s due process, negligence, and Title IX erroneous result claims didn’t survive, Judge Indira Talwani said for the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
