UnitedHealthcare Must Redo Arbitration Fight Over Wage Issues

UnitedHealthcare Inc. must re-litigate whether its wage dispute with a former New Mexico-based care coordinator belongs in arbitration, the Tenth Circuit said Wednesday.

United made pertinent changes in 2016 to its arbitration agreement’s amendment and delegation clauses that call into question whether Dana Fedor, hired in 2013, fully agreed to those terms, Judge Allison H. Eid said for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
